WIW: denim blues

It's a week of denim blues so far this week. I love the blues, and it's been cool this week, so I've been layering and trying not too look too un-Spring-like.

Monday (1-3), for work: black harem pants (Eileen Fisher); silk long-sleeved t-shirt in shades of blue, green, and black on white (made by me); blue stone teardrop earrings (?); silver bead bracelet (gift); black sling-back Mary Janes (Think!), jean jacket (AG, Robyn). I like this outfit; I wore it during my trip to Europe this spring.

Tuesday (4-5), for piano lesson and shopping: dark skinny jeans (Lucky, Charlotte Rail); sea-blue short-sleeved tee (Caslon); oatmeal 3/4-sleeved cardi (Halogen); denim ballet flats with navy cap toe (AGL); teal high-waisted short trench (Ambition, from Nordstrom several years ago); navy leather bag with luggage trim (Dooney & Bourke); brass collar necklace and earrings (Lucky); floral cutout belt (Fossil).

Wednesday (6-7), for breakfast out and hanging around home: dark skinny jeans (Lucky, Charlotte Rail again); denim-blue ribbed tank with faint flowers printed on front (Eddie Bauer); taupe long-sleeved, drape-neck cardi (AllSaints); pewter cutout belt (Fossil); metallic suede hidden wedge high-top sneakers (Paul Green).

Thanks for looking! Your thoughts and suggestions are always welcome.

I really love the first outfit. No wonder you are wearing it again. You wear those harem pants beautifully and the shirt is terrific on you. I really love #6 also. Nice bookending with the shoes, and as usual, you look great in jeans.

You fit right into killer Tel Aviv Style in #1 and #2. You rock that look, Firecracker. And your hair is wonderful.

The cardi outfit in #6 is sublime with the sneaks. And #5 is a fab little look too. Sometimes, we are in the mood for a quieter outfit like this.

WOW. You are on fire this year, gorgeous lady. xo

    Thanks, Suz!

Thank you, Angie! Tel Aviv style, huh? Like up there with Shevia? I loved wearing the harem pants while I was on vacation--easy to dress up or down.

You look amazing. I love how different you can look (e.g. 1 is so current, 4 classic, 6 has a fabulous twist with that cardigan) and everything feels so spot on and you.
You also know your colours and all the ones you wear have me swooning. I am particularly in love with the taupe cardigan - colour and style.

Love the first outfit, the top is gorgeous and it goes together really well with the harem pants.  And the third casual, everyday outfit is made special with that cardigan and the shoes.  You have some great pieces in your wardrobe!

Oh my word, I love your style (I know I've said it before). Absolutely love #6!! That cardigan is amazing and I LOVE those sneakers. Fantastic. Love the harem pants as well. Love it all. You look so great.

    Thanks, all!
Ornella, I do like variety. The cardigan can be worn either side up and either side front, too.
