WIW: aqua long cardi from NAS

Yesterday it was cool enough to wear one of my new cardigans. And I decided to wear it again today, till it warms up.

The outfits:
1-3 (worn to work): black skirted leggings (Eileen Fisher); black and aqua wallpaper print cap-sleeve tee (made by me); aqua long cardi (Halogen); black sling-back Mary Janes (Think!); gray backpack (Rebecca Minkoff).

4-5 (worn for a day off): stone ankle jeans (NYDJ); aqua and cream tile print tee (Halogen); aqua long cardi (Halogen); stone and cream belt (Annette Goertz); gray d'Orsay Mary Janes (Think!).

    How fun that you got to wear an NAS purchase already!  I love both of these outfits.  You pull off the long cardi perfectly.

    Two terrific contrasting stylings with your new cardigan! Smart idea to layer it over the skirted leggings. I also really like how it complements your aqua shirt. The cardigan is beautifully proportioned for you. Since you've already worn it twice, I'm sure it will be a real workhorse for you.

    Thanks, all! I got some compliments on it yesterday at work. It's a very pale aqua, so quite different for me.

    Great find!  I really like the second outfit with the lighter colors although they are both nice outfits.  The cardigan is a nice length for the skirted leggings.

    Very lovely, and quite different for you, Sharan - no? I like the pastel best with the light colours in #4. FRESH.

    What a fresh cardi for you! It plays so well with the colours in your wardrobe! Wish I had seen that one. I wear the stone coloured one often. Love all your outfits, as usual :)

    This is a different color for you and looks wonderful, especially with the light bottoms. Have you tried something like the Find photo with a white-with-black print?

    Angie, yes, I don't think I have anything else that is quite this pastel. (Well, maybe a pastel gray.)

    Yay for getting to sport something new right away.  The long length cardigan works very well on you.  They were too long on me, but I adore the drama that the longer style cardie's bring to a look.
